The new Austrian eFootball national team is now just one step away from the digital World Championship having finished fifth in the FIFAe Nations Qualifier 22 EUROPE - they are to enter the online play-offs from 16 to 19 June.

A key part of the Austrian trio is our eSports-Pro Fabio Özelt (FAOETNATION). Two familiar faces complete the team - Maxi Mayrhofer was a part of our eBundesliga tittle-winning team in 2019/20, while Ajdin Islamovic competed for us in last season's eBundesliga.
Should Özelt & Co manage to prevail, they will be destined for the FIFAe Nations Cup 22 in Copenhagen at the end of July.
The chance to represent our country on the biggest stage of all in Denmark is our big aim, of course. We were definitely able to take some things from the qualifier, and we are getting increasingly used to the duo mode. We need to step up another gear in the play-off though to be able to mix it with the best.
