As our cooperation partner for youth development, the Red Bull Academy at Saalachspitz provides a sporting home for almost 400 soccer and ice hockey youngsters. At the unique high-tech complex, our talents receive top training preparing them to take the next step - playing for FC Liefering, the club that represents the academy in the Austrian second division. The youth teams from U12 to U18 levels also compete under the name of our cooperation partner, Liefering.

With a unique playing and training philosophy based on the guiding principle of 51% education and 49% sport, our talents of tomorrow not only receive the best possible athletic training on state-of-the-art training facilities, but also a fully comprehensive school education with a total educational package for their careers.
Among the best-known graduates of the Red Bull Academy are Xaver Schlager, Konrad Laimer and Dominik Szoboszlai. In the 2016/17 UEFA Youth League title win, the majority of the squad came from the Red Bull Football Academy's stable of players.
