FC Red Bull Salzburg have signed Edmund Baidoo from Norway's Sogndal IL, with a contract penned until 30 June 2029.
The 18-year-old attacker from Ghana moved from his homeland to Norway in March this year, and has scored nine goals as well as providing seven assists in 22 matches.

We were able to sign a very exciting young player in Edmund Baidoo, who has already impressed in first-team football despite his young age. He has a good combination of speed and technique. He was involved in lots of goals at his former club, and we are certain that he can show this attribute for us too. We are looking forward to having Edmund, but will give him all the time he needs to settle in.
