If you have ever wondered how many balls a football team travels with or how many palm trees are at the training complex in Spain, your wait is over...
12 Training sessions and two friendly matches are being held as part of our Red Bulls' stay in Spain. Our boys are using their free time to get active too with table tennis, golf and other activities.
27 Red Bulls in total are in the squad for the training camp, including four FC Liefering youngsters.
1,928kilometres (as the crow flies) lies between our Taxham training base and the Marbella Training Center. Travelling by car would take 26 hours according to Google Maps.
8 training pitches, a specious fitness centre as well as a paddle court are available at the Marbella Football Center. Enough space for other teams to use it at the same time - as the Vancouver Whitecaps of MLS are doing.
23 degrees and sunshine gave us a taste of summer on Monday. Mostly the temperature has between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius.
59 palm trees provide Spanish flair at the training base.
3 minivans are available to take us between the hotel and the training centre.
50 ADMIRAL Bundesliga match balls were taken along with us. We used them in the first half of our friendly matches, with the opposing teams using their own in the second half.
24 times our boys were catered for at the training camp by our team chefs in co-operation with the hotel staff – ensuring the team had everything they needed at all times of the day, with the chance to try local specialties too.
6,600 photos were taken on the first five days of our training camp. We are sharing the best of these on our channels.
