The next Bundesliga matchday at the Red Bull Arena promises to be a special one! This Saturday 14 September, we are to host SK Austria Klagenfurt at 17:00 in our annual Family Day.
- Children up to the age of 13 can claim a free ticket, with a Family Ticket also significantly discounted. There will be an autograph session in the stadium too, with further information below.
- P-Messe is NOT available for Bundesliga matches in 2024/25! You can find further details in the travel information below.

Family Day
- Children up the age of 13 can get free tickets at the online ticket shop.
- Family Tickets are available for a special price of 25– EUR.
- Around an hour before kick off in the 110 (West), 111 (Nord) and 115 (Bullidikidz Curve) sectors in the Lower Tier there will be an autograph session with a player not available for action.
- At the Red Bull Arena, all children can get free popcorn and candy floss for free at certain points.

On match day, the Ticket Info Points on the West and East sides are to open for you from 14:00 to help with any problems or issues with digital tickets. The Ticketing & Service Center is also open from 09:00 to 14:00 CEST as well as a half hour after the final whistle.
Travel
As always, we recommend making the most of the (free) public transport offering!
- BY CAR/SHUTTLE
- The stadium car park opens from 07:00 but tends to fill up well ahead of kick-off time.
- From 15:00, our FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE will operate from the free car park at the Designer Outlet Center as well as Hanuschplatz in the city centre.
- The P Messe car park will generally NOT be available for our 2024/25 Bundesliga home matches!
- PUBLIC TRANSPORT
- With your match ticket, you can travel for free on local public transport from six hours before kick-off until the last service of the day. That applies to all Salzburger Verkehrsverbund bus and train lines (in the federal state of Salzburg including the 260 corridor line as well as the entire Salzburg local train network to Ostermiething station) as well as the S-Bahn line to Freilassing train station.
- Match tickets are also valid in the same time period on the 150 line from Salzburg to Bad Ischl, the 140 line from Salzburg to Mondsee, the 156 line from St. Gilgen to Mondsee and the Straßwalchen line to Friedburg.

Around the stadium
- The fan park at the West Side of the stadium is open from 14:00 on matchday.
- The autograph session will NOT take place in the Fanpark this time, but at the stadium itself - with details above.
- Our Bullidikidz Info Point on the west side of the Red Bull Arena is the place to go to for any issues or special offers for our young fans!
- Our Bull Shop at the East Side of the Red Bull Arena is open from 09:00 CEST until kick-off, and again for 45 minutes after the final whistle.
- The stadium is to open two hours before kick-off.

- Please note that payment can only be made cashlessly at the Red Bull Arena's kiosks! All the usual credit and debit cards can be used. All the information on Cashless Payment can be found HERE.
- There is a €2 deposit on cups. If you want to donate the deposit, cups can be left by exits and the proceeds donated to the Wings for Life foundation.

- As a family-friendly sports ground with a significant children's and youngsters' area, smoking is absolutely forbidden at the Red Bull Arena. The only exceptions are the designated smoker zones around the stadium exterior.
