Vote for Your Player of the Month for August!

Yeo, Kjaergaard, Piatkowski and Nene on shortlist

It's that time again - for the first time this season, we are asking you to elect a Player of the Month. After an awesome August that saw us qualify for the UEFA Champions League and take maximum points in the Austrian league, it was extremely hard to select a shortlist among all the outstanding performers. As ever, we have settled on a list of four that you can vote for the winner from. First let's take a look at the four nominees …

Moussa Yeo

He is the discovery of the season so far for many. Moussa was outstanding for FC Liefering last season, and now the young man from Mali is taking to the biggest stage of all. The 20-year-old has one goal and three assists in Champions League qualification. He also had 12 successful dribbles in the ADMIRAL Bundesliga game against FC Blau-Weiß Linz, the most for our Red Bulls since a certain Sadio Mane (!).

Maurits Kjaergaard

Mau has established himself as a permanent fixture in our midfield for a while, but the Dane has really stepped up a gear this season. The 21-year-old has an incredible eight goal involvements already in the current campaign and scored a superb four goals in Champions League qualifying!

Kamil Piatkowski

The Polish centre-back has seized on the new start of the Pepijn Lijnders era to become a regular in our backline. Kamil can serve up some quite sensational challenges and proved to be a bedrock in qualifying against Twente and Kyiv as well as in the  ADMIRAL Bundesliga.

Dorgeles Nene

We knew already that attacker from Mali is as fast as lightning - but he has deployed his super speed to great effect this season! Whether playing in the middle of the attack or out wide - the 21-year-old impressed regularly in August. Dorgeles scored against both Twente and Kyiv and netted a spectacular chip in the Bundesliga opener against GAK.
