A difficult November is behind us. The highlight was without a doubt our 3-1 away win at Feyenoord in the UEFA Champions League. Now it is time to elect our Player of the Month, and here are the four candidates:
Karim Konate
Karim became our hero of Rotterdam with a brilliant brace. The month ended badly for our striker though with a cruciate ligament tear in the match against Leverkusen ruling him out for a long time.
Alex Schlager
Alex had a busier month than planned. The Austria international goalkeeper was one of few bright spots in the 0-5 defeat in Leverkusen by making numerous strong saves against the German champions.
Daouda Guindo
If we were asking you to vote for Goal of the Month, the 22-year-old would have sealed it already with his spectacular goal from the bench in Rotterdam. Daouda has provided pace down the left flank along with Aleksa Terzic, who has been out injured recently.
Moussa Yeo
Moussa finally returned to the squad after recovering from injury at the start of November, and his creativity soon enlivened our attacking efforts. He netted to put us in front against LASK.
