Can I still travel for free on public transport?

Yes, a match ticket remains valid on all Salzburger Verkehrsverbund services from six hours before kick-off to the last service of the day (bus and train).

Are ticket desks open on match days?

Yes, generally our ticket disks open three hours before kick-off on match days. In order to avoid a long wait, you are recommended to buy a ticket in the Online Ticket-Shop, however.

What are the payment options at the Red Bull Arena?

The Red Bull Arena uses a cashless payment system at all kiosks and food stands - to make payment, quick, convenient and secure!

We accept all usual payment methods - debit and credit cards (except Diners Club and American Express), smartphone and smartwatches. Just hold them against the payment device, and you're done.

For any fans who do not have any of these means of payment, you can buy an ARENAKARTE at the Bullshop.

Is there a free choice of seats again in the North Curve?

Yes, there is a free choice of seats.

What are the restrictions on going to a game?

According to the latest Austrian government regulations, there are no Covid restrictions in place any more for football matches. You do not need to show proof of vaccination or wear a face mask.
