The Austrian Klassiker is quite the event on the console too! Two wins against Rapid Vienna in the final game week of the eBundesliga team competition allowed us to pull level with leaders SCR Altach. The Green and Whites, for their part, just missed out on making the champions group by a single point.
Fabio Özelt & Co are now set for the eBundesliga final tournament where the top 6 of the league will compete against one another after the points are divided - just like the real-life Austrian Bundesliga. The virtual champions will be crowned on Sunday 26 March in Vienna. After the strong finish to the regular season, our boys are to start feeling confident.
I am very proud of leading the team into the champions group as captain, and I am very confident we can take the title to Salzburg together. We are preparing intensively to allow our hard work to pay off in the individual contest on 25 March and the day after in the team contest.
